158-Cap-Blanc

158 Just above sea level is Upper Miocene open shelf rhodolithic rudstone/floatstone (LST) which are overlain by bioturbated, fine-grained wackestones (AST open shelf). These, in turn, are overlain by downlapping reef-talus clinobeds (HST) that, in turn, pass into the reef toe in the uppermost part of the cliff. Sa Pedrera Blanca on the south east coast of Mallorca, Spain (Kendall and Pomar 2004).
