Striking high energy concentric aragonite ooid grains that accumulated on the NW corner of New Providence Island in the Bahama as aeolian dunes formed during Pleistocene sea level lows. These dunes have undergone freshwater leaching and cementation by low magnesian calcite spar derived from previous aragonite material.
