A group of fans of deepwater sedimentary structures who from left to right are Peter Haughton, Christopher Kendall, Emiliani Mutti, Arnold Bouma and William Helland-Hansen. This page will always be under construction since it is a never ending task to find new and better examples of these features.
This is the gateway to four galleries of sedimentary structures exhibited by deepwater systems> Images includes those from outcrops of Permian sediments from the Delaware Basin of West Texas and New Mexico, the Canning Basin, the Devonian and Mississippian of the Appalachians and the Upper Carboniferous of the Shannon Basin in Co Clare in Ireland.
