Deepwater Kilcredaun Shannon Estuary
Cliffs at Kilcredaun Light House - Ross formation - Deepwater Fan Lobe Sheets, Channels & Local Small Slumps
Outcrops on north shore of the Shannon Estuary. just to the east of cliffs at Rehy and south of the village of Carrigaholt. They capture the character of the deepwater sediments of the Ross formation expressed by deepwater fan lobes with sparse shallow channeling (some mud filled), megaflutes and some local slumping and dewatering structures.
